With a unique background—including challenging experiences such as her work in Antarctica—Dr. Cabral combines medical precision with empathy, supporting women, men, athletes, and children from their first year of life. She accompanies them through key life moments like postpartum, parenting, high-performance training, or simply the desire to age with vitality and grace.
Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Cabral is a Wellaging coach, breastfeeding advisor, and an active member of international medical associations that scientifically back every protocol she offers.
